Sophia Dawn Wellness
I’m Sophia, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a deep passion for helping people build strength, resilience, and long-lasting habits that elevate their quality of life. I began my coaching journey in 2016, and since then, I’ve supported clients through every stage of their fitness and wellness evolution, from foundational strength to mobility, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle change.
I hold a degree in Health Education, which laid the foundation for my understanding of behavior change, preventative health, and the science of sustainable habit-building. I’m also an NCI Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with continued training in functional movement and strength development.
My coaching philosophy is simple:
